Material & Manufacturing Excellence

The spoiler is crafted with premium Toray 3K twill carbon fiber from Japan, shaped using advanced compression molding. We uphold and enhance the quality standards of the Tesla OEM performance spoiler. With precise modeling achieved using a German ATOS 3D scanner, we ensure a seamless fit and consistent weave pattern, meeting rigorous automotive-grade standards for both performance and durability.

Weave & Coating

Using the same Toray 3K twill carbon fiber as the Tesla OEM spoiler, we take it a step further. Our specialized matte paint formula adds a subtle gloss, creating a vibrant sheen while preserving the matte texture. The result is a finish that perfectly matches the performance look, blending style and quality.

Adhesive & Alignment Sticker

Customized die-cut 3M VHB adhesive and specialized alignment sticker are precisely shaped to fit the spoiler's inner groove, ensuring a secure fit and easy installation while combining strength with convenience.

Fitment & Detailing

We enhance fitment by going beyond 3D scanning, with precise attention to groove depth and adhesive thickness for maximum edge contact. Meticulous hand-tuning during the complex molding phase ensures a seamless fit, meeting out high standards for detail and craftsmanship.

Important Installation Notes:

1. Post-Installation Care:

Do not use high-pressure water sprays to wash the car within 48 hours of installing the spoiler. This allows the adhesive to fully cure and ensures a secure attachment.

2. Wrap or Paint Protection Film (PPF) Considerations:

If you plan to add a wrap or PPF, install the spoiler first, as different film materials may affect adhesion. For cars that already have a wrap, the spoiler can still be installed, but avoid driving at high speeds for 48 hours afterward. Periodically check the spoiler's attachment to ensure it remains secure.

Pre-Installation Alignment

Clean the Surface

Use a towel to wipe down the rear trunk lid, ensuring the installation area is clean and dry.

Position the Spoiler

Place the spoiler on the trunk lid without removing the adhesive backing. Align it properly by moving the spoiler left and right until there are no gaps on either side. Attach the alignment sticker to the left edge.
